"Great Salesperson"

I would like to thank Wilson Bui with all his help. I called the dealership and asked a few question about the car that i'm interested in. He gave me all the information; I asked and a few pictures of the car and he sent it from his phone. After coming in he showed me all the information I wanted. While driving the vehicle Wilson heard some noise from the rear and get his manager to drive it also and fix the issue. I went to a few dealership and they weren't helpful. Also he helped me get financing, which was very hard. He will get future business from our family and friends.

I have purchased two Cadillac STS's from St. Claire Cadillac over the last 15 years and have been very satisfied with your sales and service. In January 2008 I bought a new CTS from St. Claire Cadillac, and I like the car. My only problem was that I told the salesman that a number one priority for the car was that it have rear bumper sensors because twice I had backed into another vehicle with my STS and had to have extensive repairs. I checked the invoice and saw several luxury options listed and assumed one covered the sensors. When I got the car I fould that it did not have the sensors and I was very upset.

When I brought it in for service I took it to tony Gregory whom I had found in the past was an excellent Service Advisor. I asked him how I could go about getting sensors installed. he put in alot of time and research effort and recommended Car Sounds Inc. So, I took my car there for the installation and they did a splendid job. they put in the sensors and a rear-view camera. I am delighted with the results.

Though the years I have been thrilled with the service that tony Gregory has provided me and I just wanted you to be aware of his great work.
